Which documentation is available for the 8566/8567/8568 spectrum analyzers?
 
Answer:
 
The manuals for the "Bench" products were revised in 
1990. As a result, the Troubleshooting and Repair Manual 
has been split into two manual sets - one set for the RF 
Section and one set for the 85662A IF Display Section. 
In addition, the latter set includes schematics and 
parts lists for 85662A Options 067, 400, 462, H44, and 
H96. Thus, a single Troubleshooting and Repair Manual 
set documents all common varieties of 85662A IF-Display 
Sections manufactured since early 1984. 
The Performance Tests and Adjustments Manual now 
includes alternate procedures for Option 462 (Impulse 
and 6-dB Bandwidths). Adjustment procedures in the 
revised manual can be used to service both 8566B/8568B 
Spectrum Analyzers and older 8566A/8568A Spectrum 
Analyzers that have been converted with the 8566AB or 
8568AB Retrofit Kit.
